Qualifications
- Manitoba Arborist License/Training before July 2019– ISA preferred but not required
- 2 years full time climbing experience
- Must be physically fit
- Ability to drive trucks and trailers.
- Pesticide Applicators License an asset but not required.
- Demonstrates knowledge of knots, rigging, climbing techniques, proper pruning and removing techniques and a commitment to safety.
- Works in a professional manner, meets productivity goals and works as a team player

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the arborist crew in tree care and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Train and mentor crew members in all aspects of arboriculture practices and equipment usage.
- Professional & courteous communication with each client & ensuring customer satisfaction.
