Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient full-time Barista/Cashier to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and managing cashier responsibilities in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items following company standards.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash, credit card transactions, and food orders.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and food safety practices.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling drinks and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity during each shift.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices at all times.
- Support team members during busy periods by multitasking effectively and managing time efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and cashiering is desirable.

Pay: $27.85-$32.32 per hour
