Job Summary
Our client, a well-established financial services organization, is seeking a Senior Operational Business Risk Analyst to join their growing Risk Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in process mapping from start to finish and acting more as a risk advisor .
Key Responsibilities
- Support business units in identifying, monitoring, and assessing operational risk
- Create end-to-end process maps
- Lead and support Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and control testing activities
- Conduct deep-dive risk assessments for high-risk areas and critical functions
- Develop and maintain risk reporting, metrics, and dashboards for senior management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen controls and enhance risk management practices
- Prepare reporting, trend analysis, and presentations for leadership teams
What Makes You a Fit
- 3–5 years of operational or business risk experience within financial services
- Experience with process mapping, RCSAs, control testing, and risk assessments is a MUST
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Completion of a University Degree
