Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Worker. This role involves assisting with various construction projects like basement renovations, fences, garages and finish work. The ideal candidate will have experience in general construction tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work for the summer and possibly beyond.
Duties
- Perform general construction tasks including framing, demolition, and material handling
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Assist in site cleanup and organization to ensure efficient workflow
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction work is preferred
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse tasks as needed
