Kettle Creek Landscaping has been proudly serving the St. Thomas area since 1987, specializing in commercial grounds maintenance, landscape enhancements, and snow removal services. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Landscape Enhancement Crew Lead to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys leading a crew, and can confidently manage enhancement projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a small enhancement crew on landscape projects
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Read and execute landscape plans and project layouts
- Coordinate daily jobsite workflow, materials, and equipment
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and professionally
- Complete projects such as:
- Mulching and planting
- Garden renovations
- Sod installation
- Small retaining walls and interlock repairs
- Drainage work
- Shrub and tree installation
- Property enhancements and seasonal upgrades
- Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and professional
- Train and support crew members
- Communicate with supervisors and clients as needed
- Complete daily paperwork, inspections, and job tracking
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or landscape construction
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
- Experience with skid steers, mini excavators, or compact equipment is considered an asset
- Valid G license with clean abstract
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
