About the Role
Parpar is a fashion-forward women’s boutique with four vibrant Toronto locations. We are currently looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Stylists to join our dynamic, growing team.

What You’ll Do
- Provide personalized styling advice and one-on-one client consultations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
- Stay up to date on current fashion trends and confidently make styling recommendations
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all collections
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Assist with visual merchandising, displays, and in-store promotions
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Help unpack, process, and display new merchandise
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or styling (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for fashion and styling
- Confidence working with clients and making recommendations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with light physical tasks such as unpacking and merchandising

Schedule
- 4-hour shifts
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
