Balance Massage Therapy is seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team of highly skilled practitioners. Position Details
- Part-time position
- Two afternoon/evening shifts per week (flexible scheduling available)
- One Saturday per month
- Commission-based compensation with opportunity for growth and increased hours
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapeutic massage treatments, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
- Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients on self-care strategies, injury prevention, and wellness practices
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with College standards
- Deliver exceptional client care in a professional, welcoming, and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques is an asset
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
