Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-person therapy services. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients across various age groups, including pediatrics, to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving communication skills and swallowing functions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless case management.
- Provide direct therapy sessions in various clinical settings, including hospitals and outpatient facilities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and strategies for ongoing support.
- Stay current with advances in speech-language pathology practices, including medical terminology relevant to acute care environments.
Experience
- Prior hospital experience or work within an acute care setting is highly desirable.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated expertise in case management and patient care coordination.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to speech-language pathology and healthcare environments.
