Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features effectively to enhance customer understanding
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and well-organized
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact professionally via phone, in person, or through digital channels
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or related customer service roles preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation essential for building rapport with clients
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Prior experience in retail sales or merchandising is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $39,400.00-$122,874.20 per year
