Job Summary
We are seeking a polished, reliable, and service-oriented Chauffeur to join our elite driving team. As the face of Phantom Limousine, you will be responsible for providing exceptional transportation experiences with a strong focus on professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, professional, and timely transportation for clients to and from various destinations.
- Maintain a high level of grooming and dress code compliance (black suit, white shirt, tie, polished shoes).
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, fueled, and maintained to pristine standards before each trip.
- Assist passengers with loading/unloading luggage and opening doors as needed.
- Represent Phantom Limousine with discretion, confidentiality, and a calm demeanor at all times.
- Handle last-minute changes or client requests with a flexible and solution-oriented attitude.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (limousine, executive chauffeur, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of local and regional routes, traffic patterns, and alternate directions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable personal appearance and hygiene.
- Punctual, dependable, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure or high-profile situations.
- Must be available for flexible hours, including late night evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
