CWB Welding Supervisor
We’re a small, tight-knit shop looking for a CWB Welding Supervisor who knows their stuff and takes pride in quality work. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and not afraid to lead from the floor, this could be a good fit.
Requirements:
- Valid CWB Welding Supervisor certification (mandatory)
- Journeyman Welder (Red Seal preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CWB procedures, codes, and documentation
- Ability to supervise, train, and keep welders accountable
- Comfortable working in a small shop environment (you’ll wear a few hats)
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee welding operations and ensure CWB compliance
- Maintain and manage WPS, PQRs, and inspection records
- Support and guide shop welders to maintain quality standards
- Work alongside the team when needed (this isn’t a desk-only role)
