We are currently seeking a Full Time Hairstyling Instructor to join our reMARCAble team in our peel locations and help shape the next generation of hairstylists.

About the Role:
As an instructor, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring aspiring hairstylists, providing guidance and support in both theoretical and practical aspects of the trade. You’ll , provide classroom theory and practical curriculum, oversee our student stylist salon and ensuring students meet professional standards as they work with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students through hands-on training in cutting, colour theory, and colour application.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students working with clients.
- Check and correct students’ cuts, styles, and formulations to ensure quality and consistency.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid Hairstyling License in Ontario.
- Strong practical skills in all aspects of hairstyling, including cutting, colour theory, and application.
- Solid theoretical knowledge in all areas of the hairstyling trade.
- A passion for mentoring and helping students develop their skills and careers.
- Previous teaching experience is an asset, but not required.

Pay: $45,000.00-$49,000.00 per year

- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Hair styling: 4 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- 332A Hairstyling License (required)
