MMi Electrical is a growing electrical service company looking for a full-time Customer Care & Office Coordinator to become the friendly voice of our company.
This is much more than an office position. We're looking for someone who loves building relationships with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys keeping multiple moving parts organized.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from their first phone call through to job completion and follow-up.
What we're looking for:
✔ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
✔ A positive, friendly, and professional phone manner
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Experience scheduling and coordinating appointments
✔ Ability to adapt as priorities change throughout the day
✔ Minimum 5 years of administrative and customer service experience
✔ Solid knowledge of QuickBooks Online
✔ Confidence managing customer communication, scheduling, dispatching, and follow-up
