Opportunities Available
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Customer Information (CI) Attendant – Regular Part-Time
- Wednesday Afternoon/Evening Shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)
- Monday Overnight Shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.)
- Additional casual shifts available.
Cashier Attendant – Casual
- Multiple casual opportunities with flexible scheduling.Successful applicants may be considered for future vacancies as operational needs evolve.
What You'll Do
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and parking customers.
- Assist customers with parking inquiries, directions, rates, and payment options.
- Process parking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Operate computerized parking and payment systems.
- Monitor parking facilities and report operational or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming customer environment.
- Work independently while ensuring a safe and secure operation.
- Support special events and high-volume parking operations.

- Are confident using computers, payment systems, and technology.

- Demonstrate sound judgment, accountability, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience (Cashier positions).
- Experience in hospitality, retail, tourism, transportation, parking, security, or other public-facing environments is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Successful completion of reference and background checks.
- Cashier candidates must successfully complete a credit check.
Availability Requirements
Applicants should have flexible availability.
Customer Information Attendants
- Available to work afternoon/evening (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.) or overnight (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) shifts.
- Available for at least three additional casual shifts each week.
- Available to work at both CI7 (Chinatown) and CI9 (Pacific Centre) locations.
- Available for at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Cashier Attendants
- Available a minimum of three days per week (more availability is considered an asset).
- Available to work at both Lot 9 (Pacific Centre) and Lot 31 (Gastown).
- Available for at least one weekend day.
- Day, evening, and overnight availability welcomed.
Training
Successful candidates will receive paid training, including cross-training at multiple EasyPark locations, to ensure confidence and success in the role.
