Position Summary
This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support long-term business growth. The successful candidate will also focus on business development by creating and maintaining relationships with homeowners, builders, developers, engineers, architects, and other industry professionals.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, innovative, and results-driven, with a passion for growing a business through strategic marketing and relationship building.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Manage all social media platforms and create engaging content showcasing projects and services.
- Coordinate website updates, SEO initiatives, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize Google Ads and other online marketing efforts.
- Develop email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Create promotional materials, brochures, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate project photography, video content, and customer testimonials.
- Monitor marketing performance, analytics, and return on investment while providing regular reports and recommendations.
Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, engineers, architects, municipalities, and general contractors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to represent the company.
- Develop strategies to increase market share within our service area.
- Support client retention through regular communication and relationship management.
- Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Pay: $4,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
