About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will proactively reach out to customers and prospective clients, build relationships, and support sales initiatives. If you enjoy talking to people, meeting goals, and working in a positive team environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to current and prospective customers
- Present products and services clearly and confidently
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude on every call
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required (call center or outbound sales experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Reliable and able to work evenings and Saturdays
- Basic computer proficiency
