What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages, coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks with consistency and care.
- Deliver warm, attentive, and professional customer service to every guest.
- Take orders accurately and operate the POS system, handling cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked coffee station throughout your shift.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure quality and consistency.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation as needed while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work closely with teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
- Help with opening, closing, and general café maintenance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of barista experience is required.
- Experience preparing espresso-based beverages and steaming milk consistently.
- A passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Knowledge of food safety and safe food handling practices.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
