Our client, a mid-sized manufacturer in Milton, Ontario, is seeking a driven and technically proficient
Senior HRIS and Total Rewards Specialist to join its dynamic HR department. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional eager to make a significant impact on HR operations, leverage their expertise in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the strategic growth of a thriving company.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain systems and data integrity for HRIS; integrate the HRIS with other platforms and troubleshoot system issues as needed.
- Create and configure new fields and workflows within the HRIS to support ongoing HR initiatives.
- Support future implementation of a new HRIS.
- Oversee total rewards and coordinate updates.
- Source and administer benefits for Canadian and US employees.
- Develop and coordinate bonus structures and other total rewards.
- Build and maintain pay grids (remove for hourly) using market research and compensation analysis.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical acumen and extensive experience in HRIS management.
- In-depth knowledge of total rewards practices and market information.
- Demonstrated experience with various HRIS platforms and total rewards strategies.
- Proficiency in ADP.
- Highly desirable experience in HRIS implementation projects.
- A hands-on approach and strong execution skills.
- Firm knowledge of market trends to make data-driven recommendations.
- Openness to a fast-paced, growing company environment.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team is considered an asset.
