The Parts Advisor role with Evolution Wheel is the leading edge of the customer sales process. The PSA is responsible for identifying the customers needs and making the correct tire recommendation to the customer based on their specific use case. This role will require you to be educated on the equipment we offer solutions for as well as an understanding of how our customers use the equipment on a daily basis. As a Parts & Service Advisor, you provide product support while maintaining positive relationships with customers to achieve individual and company goals.
Knowledge of the construction, municipal, waste management and agricultural industries will be given preference, but not mandatory. The successful candidate must be able to communicate with the clients in these industries.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Making/Answer calls and respond to customer product inquiries with product information
- Send quotes and product information to customers based on product recommendations
- Follow up on quotes that have been sent to customers
- Enter orders and customer information into the CRM and ordering systems
- Maintain and update customer contact records
- Participate in product and customer service training
- Communicate with manufacturing and production regarding customer orders
- Communicate lead times of orders to customers and manage their expectations
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in a B2B sales environment and/or Customer Care experience.
- Construction/mining equipment market knowledge and/or practical experience with equipment will be given preference but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of agriculture market is a plus
- Experience maintaining existing customer relationships via telephone, email, and in person.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with proven analytical aptitude, attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Self-motivated, independent and a team player with strong initiative and mindset for continuous improvement
- Computer and systems literate with high proficiencies with Excel and Word
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
