Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and resources effectively. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and project flow.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and construction management software to track project milestones and documentation.
- Manage project documentation, change orders, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, assign tasks, and manage team performance effectively through excellent time management skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience with construction estimating tools and software such as HeavyBid.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents related to civil engineering projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management within the construction industry.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
