We are seeking a friendly and professional Servers and Bartender to join our dynamic team at Pacific Shores Resort & Spa in Canada. Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar.
- Take orders and deliver food and drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist with setting up events or special functions as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a server or bartender in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and alcohol regulations.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Prior experience in resort or hotel environments is an asset.
