We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components with precision and safety in mind. The work includings welding various projects including structural steel and custom fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on various metals according to blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine project specifications
- Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Execute rigging tasks for lifting and positioning materials using cranes or forklifts when necessary
- Assist in assembly processes by fitting parts together accurately based on schematics and technical instructions
- CWB Certification or willing to obtain
