Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Mover to join our team Monday to Friday. As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods for our clients. Your responsibilities will include moderate lifting (5-20lbs.), packing, and loading items, while providing excellent customer service throughout the moving process. This position requires physical stamina, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering quality service.
Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload items from trucks or storage facilities.
- Pack and wrap items securely to prevent damage during transport
- Preform setup of new home
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth moves
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Perform moderate lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in moving or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 30pounds) consistently throughout the day.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Valid driving license is required for moving between locations and transporting goods when necessary.
- A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of the job.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
