Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Crew Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to maintain and enhance the appearance of outdoor spaces through regular landscaping tasks, snow removal, and general property upkeep. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for landscaping and property care.
Key Summer Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and mulching.
- Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds to ensure they are healthy and aesthetically pleasing.
- Provide general property maintenance, including debris removal, pressure washing, and litter pickup.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and more.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and crew members are performing to a high standard.
Key Winter Responsibilities:
- Provide general property maintenance, including debris removal, litter pickup, salting, and snow removal.
- Operate snow removal equipment such as salters, loaders, sidewalk machines, and more.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Delegate tasks to crew members, while ensuring safety compliance.
Experience:
- Previous experience in landscaping or property maintenance.
- Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.
- Previous experience operating snow removal equipment.
- Experience supervising a crew and supporting other employees.
Qualifications:
- A valid G Class driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Clean 3 year drivers abstract.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
Other Information:
- Will be required to undergo a background check.
- Must be willing to work in varying weather conditions.
- Winter work is 24/7 on call.

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
