Sales Representative (Remote)
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Full Training Provided | Work From Home
At Pinnacle RPM, we're a remote sales company representing one of North America's leading local SEO providers. Our team sells a proven Google Maps ranking service to small businesses across the United States.
This is a high-volume outbound sales role. If you're looking for an easy work-from-home job, this isn't it. If you're competitive, coachable, and willing to put in the work to build valuable sales skills, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Every new hire starts as an Appointment Setter to learn our sales process and systems.
Appointment Setters are expected to:
- Make 200+ outbound cold calls per day
- Average 4.5+ hours of talk time daily
- Book qualified appointments for our sales team
- Manage follow-up using Zoho CRM
- Attend daily Zoom training and complete Cardone University
Once you've proven you're reliable, coachable, and consistently performing, you'll receive full training to become a Full Cycle Sales Representative.
Full Cycle Sales Representatives:
- Make 150+ outbound calls per day
- Average 4.5+ hours of talk time daily
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Follow up with prospects
- Close new business

Sales experience is an asset but not required. We provide the training. We expect the effort.
