Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, production support, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with
o Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and SharePoint
o Data analysis and reporting tools (Excel and PowerBI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
