Peninsula Ford is looking for a Part-Time Shuttle Driver! As the Shuttle driver, you would be responsible for driving customers while their vehicle is in the shop, and the pick-up and delivery of customer vehicles. This position will be casual, as needed basis.

Job Duties:

Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.

Pickup and deliver customers to their destinations while their vehicle is in for service.

Pick-up and delivery of customer vehicles.

Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with genuine intent.

Listen to and document customer needs and expectations throughout the visit.

Review and maintain rental inventory to determine rent outs, availability, and services due.

Additional duties as assigned.
Successful Candidates Possess:

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

Ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.

Organized with an attention to detail with the ability to document customer needs.

Flexible and open to change; can take on special tasks as needed.
