Job Summary
We are looking for candidates who are available full-time and part-time to work weekends as needed 9am-5pm and Weekdays open and closing shifts. Store hours are: Weekends 9am-5pm, Weekdays 8am-9pm.
The Fuzzologist at Fuzz Wax Bar is a waxing specialist who is passionate about all things waxing, providing a smooth service from start to finish, the Fuzz Way and is a true team player and people lover. Responsibilities
● Provide all of the waxing services offered by Fuzz Wax Bar with great attention to detail
● Provide outstanding waxing service following the in-house trained Fuzz way of waxing.
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and services offered.
● Upsell through educating clients on pre and post wax care products.
● Deliver flawless service, sales recommendations and customer experience.
● Be an ambassador to all things Fuzz, and lead by example within the workspace.
● Contribute to a positive, inclusive and people-centric work environment.
● Adhere to all cleanliness and sanitization procedures.
● Provide services in a professional manner and maintain a professional working environment.
● This role requires to be active and often on your feet. It will require to work on various shifts, including working evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Requirements
● Valid Waxing or Esthetics Certification
● Proven experience as an Esthetician or similar role
●Ability to do Manzillians and Threading
● Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures for tools and equipment
● Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
● Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
● Reliable and flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed
We are looking for candidates who are available to work weekdays and weekends. Schedules are made monthly and schedule flexibility is important to success in this role. We have an opening for a full-time and part-time role.
