The Pearl is one of Edmonton's premier luxury residential towers, providing residents with an exceptional living experience through professional service, security, and attention to detail. We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Overnight Concierge.
About the Role
As the Overnight Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the building during overnight hours while delivering exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and contractors.
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor building security systems, cameras, and access control systems
- Conduct regular patrols of common areas, parkades, and building amenities
- Assist residents and guests with inquiries and requests
- Manage visitor access and deliveries
- Respond to emergencies and follow established building procedures
- Maintain detailed logs and incident reports
- Coordinate with building management, contractors, and emergency services as required
- Ensure common areas remain clean, presentable, and secure
- Enforce building policies and bylaws professionally and respectfully
Qualifications
- Previous concierge, security, hospitality, customer service, or residential building experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and building management software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Alberta Security License is considered an asset but not required
