Job Summary
The Cooperative is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to deliver full-scope
Co-operative Management Services as an independent contractor. The successful proponent will
function as the Cooperative’s primary operational and advisory partner, supporting the Board of
Directors in the management of property operations, finances, member services, and regulatory
compliance.
Duties
Responsible for financial oversight and reporting, budget preparation support, arrears and subsidy administration, property maintenance and contractor coordination, capital planning support, member and occupancy administration, governance and compliance, and general office administration; role operates within a 35‑hour work week (including at least one evening) with the office closed annually from December 24 to January 3.
Pay: $85,000.00-$107,300.00 per year
