The Role
This is primarily a sales-focused estimator role with light project management responsibilities.
You’ll be meeting homeowners, building trust, creating quotes, and closing jobs—while ensuring projects start off smoothly and stay on track.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Run pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
- Visit homes and assess renovation / repair needs
- Build clear, professional estimates (using our systems)
- Close deals on-site or through follow-up
- Coordinate with our team to kick off projects
- Provide light project oversight and client communication
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales ability (this is not just a “quote and hope” role)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of construction or renovations (preferred)
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Comfortable managing multiple jobs at once
Compensation & Opportunity
- Base salary: $57,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses/commission of up to $30,000 per year
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (depending on setup)
