Experienced and skilled sales and administration manager needed for premium medspa North York

Duties
We are hiring experienced Sales & Administrative Manager who is exceptional at consultative selling and operations leadership. You will convert inquiries into treatment plans, manage the front-of-house team and daily medspa flow, and hit aggressive revenue targets while protecting client experience and brand standards.
- Consult & Close: Lead in-person consultations; build treatment plans with clear value, and close sales with ethical, confident selling.
- Manage CRM, leads, follow-ups, reactivation campaigns, and referral programs; keep every lead moving to a decision.
- Drive monthly revenue, show-rate, close rate, average ticket, rebooking, and five-star review goals.
- Oversee schedules, intake, payments, POS, deposits, confirmations, cancellations, and waitlists.
- Train coordinators on scripts, objection handling, cross-sell/upsell, and white-glove service.
- Daily huddles, end-of-day reconciliation, inventory coordination, room readiness, and policy compliance.
- Maintain a calm, luxury atmosphere; handle VIP clients; resolve issues fast and professionally.
- Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience, 3+ years selling skincare, cosmetic/medspa or premium wellness services with a top-tier close rate.
- Background in aesthetic treatments and sales or high-end retail consultative sales
- Experience running front-of-house/admin in a medspa/clinic or similar premium environment.
- You’ve hired, scheduled, trained, and performance-managed small teams.
- Persuasive, warm, and direct communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with office management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
