Advance Services Group is a growing mechanical services company specializing in HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, plumbing, and commercial mechanical systems. We are currently seeking experienced HVAC/Refrigeration/Boiler Technicians as well as motivated apprentice-level and entry-level tradespeople who are looking to build a long-term career in the mechanical trades industry.

Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and install HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, and mechanical equipment.
- Assist senior technicians with repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical system issues.
- Complete preventative maintenance inspections.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
QualificationsExperienced Technicians
- Journeyperson, Level 2, or Level 3 HVAC/Refrigeration certification preferred.
- Experience servicing commercial HVAC, refrigeration, heating, or boiler systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
Apprentice & Entry-Level Tradespeople
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, or HVAC is considered an asset.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License preferred.
