Job Summary
We are seeking a Radio Frequency (RF) Welder to support the production of heavy-duty thermoplastic fabric components (urethane and vinyl).
This role is key to ensuring high-quality weld integrity, product durability, and production efficiency in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Radio Frequency (RF) welding equipment to bond urethane and vinyl fabrics
- Read and interpret patterns, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Perform fabric assembly tasks, including flange filling and component alignment
- Conduct seam sealing to ensure product integrity and waterproofing
- Operate machines for grommet installation
- Cut and prepare fabric materials according to specifications
- Perform silk screening on fabric products when required
- Conduct air testing to validate product quality and detect leaks
- Package large fabric products for shipment
- Maintain production records and follow quality procedures
- Support general production activities as required
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience operating RF welding equipment or similar industrial fabric welding technology
- Experience working with urethane, vinyl, or thermoplastic materials
- Ability to read technical drawings and production instructions
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred:
- Experience in aerospace, industrial textile, tarp/awning, or inflatable products manufacturing
- Familiarity with quality testing methods (air testing, visual inspection)
- Basic mechanical aptitude for machine setup and adjustments

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kirkland, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- RF welder: 3 years (preferred)
