This isn't a product design role. You'll help improve the manufacturing systems that power Protocase's world-class speed and quality by:
- Leading process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Designing tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing solutions
- Supporting automation and equipment implementation
- Working directly with production to solve real-world problems
- Using data to drive better decisions and measurable results
- Taking ownership of projects from idea to implementation
