Retail Operations & New Store Expansion
Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus quarterly performance bonus
Location: Calgary, Alberta (travel throughout Alberta & Saskatchewan)

Over the next two years, we'll be expanding throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan, and we're looking for an experienced retail leader to help build that future.
This isn't a traditional District Manager position where you're inheriting a mature district. Instead, you'll join us during an exciting period of growth, helping open new studios, develop future leaders, and build a high-performing district from the ground up.

About the Role
You'll begin by supporting our Alberta operations as new studios open throughout 2026. As the company continues to expand, your district and responsibilities will grow alongside it.
Working closely with our Regional Director and Executive Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence while developing the next generation of BodyMods leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple retail locations across Alberta and Saskatchewan.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop Store Managers and leadership teams.
- Coach managers through regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and in-store coaching.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, labour, and operational standards.
- Develop action plans to improve performance and achieve company goals.
- Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Support all aspects of new store openings, including hiring, onboarding, merchandising, and operational readiness.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shopping centre management and local partners.
- Travel regularly throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.
What We're Looking For
- Multi-unit retail management experience.
- A proven history of developing successful leaders and teams.
- Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience managing KPIs, sales performance, and operational standards.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.
- A valid driver's licence.
Experience in the body modification industry is not required. We'll teach you our industry. We're looking for someone who already knows how to lead people, build teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
