Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Posting Parts invoices and following up for outstanding Credits efficiently
- Support customer service efforts by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all clerical duties are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills as needed.
