Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 310s Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with automotive repair, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on various vehicle systems, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and troubleshoot vehicle issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repair tasks effectively
- Interpret technical schematics and assembly instructions for accurate repairs
- Assist with vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines
- Assist in the training of junior technicians as needed
Experience
- Dealership experience is highly preferred
- Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems
- Hands-on welding skills and mechanical knowledge are advantageous
- Familiarity with schematics, assembly processes, and maintenance procedures
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting required
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or parts handling
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
