We are building a Talent Pool of experienced Health & Safety professionals for upcoming opportunities.
While we may not have an immediate opening, selected candidates will be guided through our full recruitment and vetting process (up to the offer stage). Once completed, you’ll be placed in our active talent roster.
When a suitable project or position becomes available, we will contact you first.

What the Role Typically Involves
- Develop, implement, and evaluate health & safety programs
- Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
- Prepare detailed safety reports for clients and management
- Lead safety orientations and verify training compliance
- Perform site inspections, identify hazards, and produce detailed reports (including photos where permitted)
- Participate in pre-construction/project meetings and provide EHS recommendations
- Collaborate with site supervisors to mitigate risks
- Liaise with Ministry of Labour (MOL) and project stakeholders
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare reports
- Attend client and project meetings as required
Qualifications & Experience
- NCSO designation (preferred)
- 5–10 years experience in construction and/or industrial safety
- Strong knowledge of Ontario OHSA and regulations
- Experience in construction and automotive sectors (asset)
- Excellent communication, report writing, and client-facing skills
- Proficient with computers and mobile applications
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends as required)
Additional Certifications (Assets):
- CHSO, CRSP, or equivalent
- First Aid / CPR / AED
- Working at Heights (WAH)
Work Details
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Casual
- Schedule:
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday + potential overtime/weekends
- Day and night shifts
- Location: In-person (GTA and surrounding areas)
