Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations based on menu knowledge and guest preferences
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety protocols
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and resolving any concerns with a positive attitude
- Support banquet and catering events by setting up stations, serving meals, and ensuring smooth operation of all functions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, adhering to health and safety standards including proper food handling practices
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and food industry standards
- Ability to serve confidently in various settings including restaurants, bars, and large events
- Experience with food preparation or supporting kitchen operations is advantageous
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is beneficial but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management
