Duties
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
- Provide body waxing services as requested by clients.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and understanding client needs.
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity.
- Keep accurate records of services provided and client preferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon setting.
- Certification or licensing required by local health authorities for nail services and body waxing.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and current trends in beauty services.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
