Excavation & Final Grading Labourer
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Labourer to join our excavation and final grading team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with excavation and final grading projects
- Rake, shovel, and grade soil
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Help with site preparation and cleanup
- Work alongside equipment operators and follow directions
- Follow all safety procedures on the job site
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in excavation, landscaping, or construction is an asset but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset
