Butterfly Paediatric Therapy is a motivating and inspiring place to work, filled with passionate clinicians who help children spread their wings. For over 17 years, our therapist-owned paediatric practice has been supporting children and families across our community. Our multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists serves children from birth to 18 years of age—and we’re continuing to grow!
We are currently seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our welcoming and supportive team at our Burlington location. You’ll work with an incredible group of families and clinicians in a collaborative, encouraging environment.

Tools & Resources You’ll Have Access To
- Fully stocked assessment materials and therapy toys for all ages
- Shared OT Google Drive with extensive resources, including treatment materials, parent handouts, and report templates
- Symbol-making system for creating visual supports, with preparation assistance from our Client Experience Team
- Electronic charting and scheduling system (Jane) with embedded templates—allowing charting to be completed off-site if preferred
- A collaborative team of experienced OTs, SLPs, and PTs who love to share knowledge and support one another
About the Role
The families we work with are seeking hands-on, meaningful, and fun therapy that makes a real difference. Sessions are primarily in-centre, with virtual options available when appropriate.
Availability preferences include:
- 2 evenings per week
- 1-2 weekend shifts per week
- We can be flexible for the right candidate, but hours need to align with our busiest times
- Potential for growth to full time
Hours: Part-time (18 hours per week)

- Registered and certified to practice Occupational Therapy in Ontario
- Ideally has 2 years of paediatric experience; however, new graduates with experience working with children are encouraged to apply
