Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Farm Foreman/woman to oversee daily livestock and crop operations. This role is responsible for supervising 3–4 farm workers, monitoring animal health, coordinating breeding and feeding programs, and ensuring farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
The Farm Foreman will supervise crop production activities (plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, harvesting), operate and maintain farm equipment, maintain production and livestock records, and ensure efficient, high-quality farm operations. Strong leadership skills and hands-on agricultural experience are required.
