HIGH CALIBRE JANITORIAL INC is seeking an experienced cleaner for our commercial janitorial company. This is a full time position, with extended benefits, for the successful candidate. We have been in business for over 28 years and are currently experiencing rapid growth.
- Hours are generally 4:00 pm till 12:30 am
- Shifts will begin by picking up necessary supplies and equipment at our office located in Langley
- Use of personal vehicle required with mileage reimbursement available (currently $0.45/km)
- All of our accounts are located in Langley and Surrey
Duties Performed:
- Responsible for overseeing work activity of other cleaners on the crew
- Ensuring each site is clean, locked and armed when completed
- Dusting
- Sweeping and washing floors
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Cleaning mirrors
- Cleaning accessible windows
- Emptying garbage and recycling bins
Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and have a car
- No criminal record
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills/leadership abilities
- Must be punctual
- Must be available Saturdays
- Must have reliable cell phone communication at all times
