Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet safety and aesthetic standards. You will travel to our numerous apartment buildings across the GTA.
Duties
- Complete Suite Turnovers, Tenant Occupied Units, Corridors, Stairwells and possible exterior touch ups
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Apply paint, primers, coatings, and finishes
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout the painting process
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finishes meet specified standards and specifications
- Maintain proper documentation of work performed and materials used
Skills
- Familiarity with safety standards related to painting
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, products, surface preparation, and finishing methods.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality assurance
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.65-$30.06 per hour
