Project Engineer - Transportation Design
Marlborough, Massachusetts
Position involves design of roadway and intersection improvements following MassDOT protocols including preparation of engineering design plans from concept through PS&E including specifications, construction cost estimates and bid documents. Candidate will facilitate and participate in permit application submittals and support for resident engineering services working with senior design staff/project managers with the goal of advancing Candidate to a senior design engineer roll.
Fluency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required; familiarity with MassDOT design standards for roadway and signal improvement projects is preferred but not required. Minimum qualifications include BSCE, 5-8 years professional work experience and excellent organizational and written/verbal skills. Candidate should be working toward professional registration with the goal of attaining registration within one year of hire.
