Job Title: French Bilingual Call center agent
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Pay Range: $19.50- $21 per hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
What's the Job?
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and providing accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.
What's Needed?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
