Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair gasoline and diesel systems
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
- Clearly communicate repair status to Service Advisors
- Work with the Parts Department to source required parts
- Document all repairs and parts used for inventory and warranty purposes
- Follow all company safety procedures and standards
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid 310S or 310T license
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Ford certification and/or Ford dealership experience is preferred, but ongoing Ford training will be provided
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work efficiently
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must supply own tools, safety boots, and hold a valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in English required
