Help Us Create an Exceptional Patient Experience
Our growing clinic is seeking a full-time organized, energetic, and patient-focused Chiropractic Coordinator to become the first impression and operational backbone of our practice.
This is more than a reception role. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships with patients, and helping a healthcare business thrive.
What You'll Do
Front Desk Excellence
- Welcome patients professionally and warmly
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Filing, coping, scanning and faxing
- Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries
- Maintain an organized and welcoming clinic environment
- Collecting payments and direct billing; managing cash box
- Light general office cleaning and maintenance
Office Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day clinic operations for all providers
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Prepare reports and support business growth initiatives
- Assist with marketing through social media posts and in office marketing
- Assist with creating, documenting and revising office policy procedures along with Dr. Elizabeth
- Completing any other tasks as reasonably requested by Dr. Elizabeth
Patient Retention & Experience
- Build strong patient relationships
- Coordinate recalls and follow-up appointments
- Help create a five-star patient experience from their first visit
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2+ years in reception, administration, or office management
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in Chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, medical, or wellness clinics
- Experience with healthcare billing systems
- Experience with scheduling and office software (Google Workspace, Jane, Social media platforms)
- Experience managing office operations independently
Compensation
- Wage range: $20.00-25.00 CAD per hour (based on experience)
- 2 weeks of paid vacation
